1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from monospaceapparel.com ("Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Orders and payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship within India. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5. Returns and exchanges
You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense unless the item is defective.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Monospace Apparel, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monospace Apparel, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
